I’m an experienced .NET programmer. I can design and implement practical, highly functional systems (Intranet and software) that enable the collection, storage, processing, and transmission of information for small and medium size companies and institutions.

I have a very good understanding of the concepts and possibilities of .NET Framework technologies. I can listen to my client, be able to understand his current and future needs, and then design the system that would best serve his needs according to his budget.

I have designed and implemented systems that connected software, Internet/Intranet pages, and mobile phone (through Mobile Web Applications & SMS messaging). I also can extend functionality to other types of devices.

I have also worked extensively with the exchange of information through XML Webservices. I have a feel of the power and flexibility of XML principles that allow for seamless communication between programs on different machines.

Data Parsing is one field that I'm very experienced in. I can convert system output/log files into any format required by the client; be it XML, database tables, or even another log format. I'm particularly experienced in user Regular Expressions in both C#.NET and Perl.

.NET Framework is my principle development system since I started working with it in 2002; but I have been designing and programming since 1984. I have used BASIC, Perl, PHP, C, and C++, extensively up until 2002 when I discovered the strength and convenience of C#. I am still capable of working with all of the other languages.

Mathematical numerical analysis is also within my abilities to carry. I can read and understand complicated mathematical abstracts and construct numerical analysis method to solve them. I'm also familiar with Cryptography (public-key asymmetric, symmetric, hashing, creating, importing and exporting certificates)

On the business side, I have been in the programming business for many years in Kuwait and can easily communicate services to clients. I have a good idea about what is available in the Gulf market. I will be able to represent your company's offers and services quickly and directly to your current (and prospect) clients with a native tong.

I can work with multiple language applications and am well versed in the different character sets. I'm a native Arab (Kuwait) with excellent abilities in written and spoken Arabic and English. I can write technical reports and applications in legal Arabic & English. I'm team oriented and will work well as team member or leader.
